If there’s one thing that stands out about this outdoor kitchen in San Jose, it’s the kamado grill. What is a kamado grill? Essentially, it’s a ceramic grill. The sides are thick and well insulated so that the kamado grill works much like a pressure cooker.
Because the kamado grill has such unique cooking capabilities, the Mattos family wanted a traditional gas grill as well, which we were happy to include in their kitchen design and install for them.
